• Tell us which city, date, time and room size, and we confirm the address for your deposition notices.
• Continue working on your cases; leave all the conference room and court reporter arrangements to us!
• Please do not send your notices out prior to our checking availability for your specific location.

If these locations won’t work perfectly for you, we promise to find you a conference room that will work perfectly. That’s right, save hundreds, virtually anywhere in the U.S., for as long as our court reporter is writing the words being spoken at that location and you agree to have us produce the deposition transcript for you, we agree to pick up the conference room charges for the entire time the reporter is being utilized in this way.
