This recently-renovated building houses attractive, fully-equipped conference rooms for your depositions offering a range in size from small to large and accommodating up to 15 people in one room.  The staff is very attentive, and the building is beautiful, with stone floors, fabulous art works and views of the Irvine skyline.  There is plenty of free on-site and street parking.   Located just off the 405 and MacArthur Blvd., we are very close to the OC Airport (SNA) in the Irvine/Newport professional business district.  World-class shopping nearby includes South Coast Plaza (7 minutes), Fashion Island Newport Beach (10 minutes), and Irvine Spectrum (10 minutes).
